• You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order if it has not entered packing or shipped.

How to Cancel

2. Select the order and click “Cancel Order.”
3. Provide a brief reason (optional) and submit; we will email confirmation if approved.

If you cannot access your account, email us with your order number and registered contact info.

After Packing or Dispatch

If cancellation is requested after packing/dispatch, please accept delivery and initiate a return under our Refund & Exchange Policy (please note hygiene and condition rules).

Non‑Cancellable Items

• Customized, embroidered, or personalized apparel and accessories.
• Final‑sale/clearance items.
• Gift‑with‑purchase bundles (individual components cannot be cancelled separately).

Exceptions & Our Errors

If we ship an incorrect, defective, or size‑mismatched item, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we will arrange replacement, exchange, or refund.
