• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• All tags, hygiene stickers, and safety seals must be intact; boxes/packaging must be undamaged.
• Worn, altered, or washed items are not eligible unless a defect is verified.
• Final‑sale/clearance, customized/embroidered items, undergarments, socks, and perishable accessories are not eligible unless defective.
